Manual File Upload - this upload will accept either [.jpg], [.tif], or [.pdf] files. Maximum upload limit is 6MB.
  1. A copy of current driver's license
  2. A copy of current vehicle registration
  3. A copy of the City of Wilmington business license (Business Only)
  4. If the address on the application does not match the applicant's license and registration, please include a copy of one of the following, dated within the last 30 days, as verification of residence (Residents only)
    • Electric/Gas Bill
    • Lease or Deed
    • Cable Bill
    • City of Wilmington Business License
NOTE: The applicant's name and address must appear on all the documents listed and match the address where the permit is requested. Verification of residence is only required if the Applicant's address does not match their license and registration.
