Welcome to the City of Santa Monica Customer Service Web Portal. This site is designed to allow existing customers to renew their annual preferential parking permits and/or keep track of parking citations.

RETURNING USERS - please login below. If you do not remember your password, enter your email address and click the "Forgot Your Password" link below.

TO RENEW PARKING PERMITS:

• You must have a current and active preferential parking permit account.
• Please have your most recent parking permit renewal notice ready for reference.

TO KEEP TRACK OF PARKING CITATIONS ISSUED TO YOUR VEHICLE(S):

• You must have received a current or past parking citation in the City of Santa Monica.
• Please have your California DMV vehicle registration ready for reference.
• A Personal Action Code (PAC) will be required before access to citation information can be granted.
