Parking Permits and Parking Citations
Welcome to the City of Santa Monica Customer Service Web Portal. This site is designed to allow existing customers to renew their annual preferential parking permits and/or keep track of parking citations.
FIRST TIME USERS - click the "Create an Account" link below and follow the instructions. You must be an existing customer to access this system.
RETURNING USERS - please login below. If you do not remember your password, enter your email address and click the "Forgot Your Password" link below.
TO RENEW PARKING PERMITS:
- You must have a current and active preferential parking permit account.
- Please have your most recent parking permit renewal notice ready for reference.
TO KEEP TRACK OF PARKING CITATIONS ISSUED TO YOUR VEHICLE(S):
- You must have received a current or past parking citation in the City of Santa Monica.
- Please have your California DMV vehicle registration ready for reference.
- A Personal Action Code (PAC) will be required before access to citation information can be granted.
