The Parking Violations Bureau has established an
automated Voice Response System (VRS)
hotline for your convenience. By dialing (216)664-4744, you
can obtain general information, check the status of a ticket, or pay for
your ticket by Visa, Mastercard or Discover credit card 24 hours a day.
Using the automated system and a touchtone phone, you will be able to
access the following information:
- General Payment Information - Including address for mail-in payments
and Customer Service Center locations for walk-in payments.
- Specific Violation Information - You can obtain the amount due,
whether or not your ticket has been suspended for review, closed, dismissed or placed on registration hold.
- Towed Vehicle Information - You can obtain general information concerning
the procedure for getting your vehicle released, as well as information
on the amount owed for specific tickets.
- Contesting parking tickets, obtain information
regarding what to do if your vehicle was stolen, sold, or in possession
of a valid handicap placard at the time the handicap parking only ticket was issued.
In addition to the automated VRS telephone system, between the hours
of 8AM and 4PM, Monday through Friday, you have the option of speaking
to a live Customer Service Representative.
Customer Service Representatives can provide you with detailed information
about your parking ticket(s), including the results of investigations, dates,
payments, if correspondence was received, and the hearing date, time
