The Parking Violations Bureau (PVB) has
established this website to provide the citizens with current,
easy-to-understand information concerning the City of Cleveland PVB.
By following the links located on the left of this web page, you
should be able to locate answers to the most commonly asked questions
concerning parking tickets and photo infractions, towed vehicles, the
Fleet Program and other policies underneath our jurisdiction. If,
however, you do not see what you are looking for at this site, please

Please be aware that the Parking Violations Bureau does not makes calls in an attempt to collect money. If you receive such a call, it is most likely a scam. Please do not give out any personal information.

well as pay for a citation by credit card, using this telephone
number 24 hours a day. In addition, Customer Service representatives
are available to answer your questions at the above number between
8AM and 4PM, Monday through Friday.
